Maintenance Coats, also know as a screen and coat, is buffing the floor and adding a coat of finish. Screen and coating with fill in most scratches, dings and dents. It will offer another layer of protection and gives a brand new sheen level. There is no dust created in this process and we can work around large pieces of furniture. You should have a screen and coat done about every 2 years in high traffic areas and about every 4 years in other areas depending on the wear and how clean the floor is kept.
