When finishing or refinishing a hardwood floor, one of the first choices you'll make is whether to stain the floor.
If the type of wood in your flooring is an exotic or distinctive color, you might want to leave it in its natural state. We'll put a durable finish on the hardwood to protect it and make it shine, but no extra color will be added.
If, on the other hand, you'd like to add color, there are dozens of stain colors to choose from, each of which will look slightly different, depending on what type of wood it covers. Stain colors vary from very light stains, to browns, reddish tints, and blacks.
We have color charts and chips available showing the different types of stains. Better still, we can put samples of your top stain choices directly onto your hardwood floor, so that you can compare and contrast and choose your favorite shade.
We have a variety of hardwood floor finishes available, including a low VOC (volatile, organic compound), eco-friendly-finish.
